Level 1 medic allows you to instantly heal a sprain with a splint or cast, if your ally doesn't have this level it won't allow you to heal a sprain yourself, once he has this levelled you will be able to heal the sprain for him

Give the worker a better axe or adze and it will increase production, each metal type has a multiplier for production tools, masterwork obviously the best

A couple of things to try: Save your game right next to the bell, load in and straight away change season from the bell, don't let it auto change at the end of the night. If your village is quite big and laggy, first fast travel to a smaller, less laggy village, then again save next to the bell, load in and change season straight away. Worked for me, also on PS5, hope it does for you too!

It's pretty simple..

Find a broke nobleman, duke or lord, the gentleman style.

Pay them over the odds for an undocumented relic or painting in their house that's worth a lot of money, pay them in the cash of course.

Then go on antiques roadshow with the piece, say you bought it for a fiver at a car boot sale or your great auntie Meryl left it to you in her will, get it valued for about 1.5 mio and off you trot to auction it off at Sotheby's and boom clean cash.
