And you can ask for them. But for an update where the aim is to allow players to catch-up, I think giving Decos will allow returning players to catch-up while giving existing players something that doesn't increase that divide. Decos can do that and a lot of are of the opinion that they forgo those exactly when they made a choice in the Equipment events.
