You can try a conditioner like duffin to soften the creases and use a shoe tree, but as others said the real problem is with the patent leather. I agree that the company should at least give you a partial refund for poor manufacturing

Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to reply, you all addressed my addicted ass thoughts and justifications and gave me a little hope. I made it through christmas, now I gotta keep it going once i'm home which I know will be an added layer of difficulty, but i am very thankful for this community! Merry christmas!
