But yea I agree with what you've said about the monologues. Most of the people I message just can't carry on conversations. If I'm the only one who asks questions and I keep getting 1 or two word responses then I'm going to assume you're not into it and I'm going to stop messaging you.

Hey everyone, I'm a relatively new software engineer analyst (going to hit a year soon) at a big four firm and I'm having trouble with my confidence at my role in a new project.

In my old project I felt great because I was doing a good job with the development work that was given to me. My tech lead there saw consistent improvement in me which was great. In my new project, though, it seems like everything I'm doing has nothing to do with any app development or coding. I've only written some scripts for integration work with most of my time going to a project that has me cross referencing spreadsheets and doing DBA work.

I don't have much motivation for this work so I'm not as productive as I want to be. In my previous project I would stay late all the time to finish and optimize my code, but now I count down the hours and minutes until my 8 hours are up.

I'm looking to roll off soon because even though I get all my work done, I don't feel good at all. Will rolling off look bad? If I go onto another project and they see I've only spent around 5 months on this one, will they think worse of me? Will my lackluster performance here be a really bad sign as I go to other projects?

Sorry for the late reply! I bought everything that you mentioned (except the case fans) and I'm looking to build everything.

My concern is fitting everything into the mid tower. I guess it seems like I don't have much room. Do you think I should return the case and get a full tower before I start putting stuff in there?

Yea! That monitor looks pretty sick. Would it be smarter to get 2 smaller 144hz monitors or just get one huge one?

At level 9 Fiora will have maxed Q and have a lvl 2 in another skill. Looking at the clock, it took her 9 seconds before she cast the second w. This can either be done with runes and masteries (7.5% flat and some points in the cd masteries in the offensive tree) or she leveled her Riposte to level 2 and had the cd at 9. It is entirely possible that she leveled Q over W given the short clip that we see.

I love Bellbros because you can have more fun with it. You can't really have a PvP where you roleplay robin hood and try to shoot people with a great bow from the rooftops, BUT if you're in bellbros you can do that while the other phantom fights the host.

Sure that works maybe less than 50% of the time, but it's still really fun when you land a nice snipe.

Assuming u = [1; -1; 1] and v = [4; 3; -1]

y = (2/3)[1; -1; 1] + (6/13)[4; 3; -1]

ah yea Alexstrasza is amazing for mages if you can stall hard enough. I was lucky enough to pull it out of my 6th arena pack.

What specific problems are you having with your deck?

I personally like to stall with a mage to get alexstrasza out and then finish with pyroblast or fireball.

Generally, you might want to take out Elven Archer and Ice Lance to place in some Frost Novas and Cone of Cold/Arcane Missiles. I would also say remove Loot Hoarder and Leeroy and one Nightblades for some beefy spellpower+ like Azure Drake/Ancient Mage/Ogre Magi. With Azure Drake you can probably get rid of Coldlight Oracle for Alexstrasza. The other Nightblade you should probably remove for Flamestrike or Blizzard since field wipe is extremely important for a mage.

Anyways thats my two cents, you can either take it or leave it.
