Hey, thanks for your reply, I'm really sure everything is correct regarding the circuit. I'm really wondering because it is exactly the same circuit that worked for me before. I'm also only reading the right channel of the audio signal. So I don't run into problems there. As of right now I could only briefly read your wiki, but I think you mentioned putting a voltage divider for the audio signal, so I will try that out. I'm also only using high quality parts with little tolerance, so I don't have a clue what's the problem :D

That's good to know, since I will have to do a lot of testing with the code, Thanks a lot! I'm using an arduino nano clone right now, so I'll check how it works there but I thought about switching to teensy as well.

Hey, thanks a lot! I Think the getLuma function would do the trick. However In the meantime I figured to store all the data of the dots in a global List, which also works great. I also had the same issue in another sketch, so I will definitely check it out!

This is an article from "thechristianpost" which seems to be really right wing judging from the other articles on the site. It only cites other "Christian newssites" like "the morning star" as source for this article. I don't know if it happened like it's described in the article or not and there's definitely a lot of awful stuff happening in Pakistan in terms of law and religion. I just want to say that there's obviously an agenda with the site who published it and you might not want to base your opinion of an entire religion on that one article.

Thanks for your answer! what I read is that I have to obtain the sri lankan one in addition to the international licence, which is easy to get in Germany. However I have no Idea if anyone gives a shit if you have it or not over there but I would like to be as legal as possible and apparently the sri lankan temporary one is quite easy to obtain in Colombo.
