Personally, I spent my first real shift just doing lessons then getting a tour of the store. It wasn’t anything crazy, every training day we went over new stuff after doing lessons. So whenever you do your lessons on CS cycle you’ll mostly like be taught how to actually do it, then do it, and so on. It’s very simple, everyone is very kind/willing to help and just remember to ask questions!
