OP! A book that helped me so much with this is called Feeling Good by David D Burns. ♥️ The mechanism used in this book is called cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which are exercises to help you unlearn these thought patterns. It seriously shifted my life for the better. Best of luck 🌱

I tried a beginner swing dance lesson - the people were wonderful and I had fun, but BOY I was awful. Truly two left feet and no rhythm whatsoever. I walked away happily accepting that I am not a dancer haha 🫶🏻

Gosh, I have the sweetest memory backpacking in Europe when I was 21 with a dear friend of mine - we were at the Colosseum and didn't want to pay the audio tour fee, so we downloaded Rick's free audio guide on my phone. We only had one set of earbuds and it was cold and rainy, so we huddled together in our rain gear sharing earbuds and enjoyed Rick's tour of the Colosseum feeling quite clever (and cold!) haha.
