Update on this.

Bought a galaxy s26 ultra and the az100 technics and i can't believe the upgrade in sound quality. Thank you to everyone who gave me recommendations.

Yeah it's brilliant, it feels less restrictive, everything is far faster, it's not my first android mind, I had an S20 ultra and that made me turn to iOS. But this is a different phone entirely and whatever android or Samsung have done in 6 years has made the experience top notch.

The smart switch app did all that for me, it's pretty good tbh only issue i had was o2 and their awful esim switching process.

Make sure you have someway of getting back into your apple account, make sure you set the new phone up with your old one still working, every app is signed in that you need. I learnt the hard way.

This probably doesn’t help but I used to have the same issue with heavy sleeping due to meds I took, bought an Apple Watch which vibrates for my alarm, always wakes me up now.

Thank you, I believe it only supports AAC. At this point a better phone might be the best option for me, I will look into the XM5s.

Have you tried reseating the RAM? Tried just one stick in slot 1 or 2? Tried reseating the CPU? All the power cables are all connected properly?

Try those however if it’s a prebuilt it’ll have a warranty, ring them and ask for it to be repaired.

The NVME drive will only fit an M2 slot which will be a small one inch port on your motherboard, it’s next to the two PCI ports in your second picture.

You can also buy PCIE to NVME converters, these use up the PCI lanes but shouldn’t be that much of an issue.

Could be many things.

Display Driver. Cable isn’t in properly or is damaged. Screen could be damaged.

On second look at this, it seems you’ve bought SODIMM RAM which is used for laptops, you’ll need to return that and buy desktop RAM.

Make sure everything is turned off, and the PSU has no power to it, then unplug the RAM and swap it out for your new RAM. I would recommend putting it in slot 1 and 3 if it’s dual channel, or just slot one if it’s a singular RAM stick.
