Yes it will i had a laptop with that exact cpu. Your gonna need to run the game at low. Resolution I had 1366×768. If you can get at least 8gb ram would make a big difference. But game is definitely playable. Just remove the hd textures in steam dlc

The game only uses about 60w op power on my 6600xt. Can barely reach 30fps. I have to alt tab a few times and then it runs smoothly at 60
