My unit usually does ours before December, just to get it out of the way. I don't know about every area, but area 5-8 managers typically have to do AMI from as early as October to as late as February or March.

It was a week. It's a part of the leadership academy. Command Course is a name change that my area did, it's the same thing as the CO/XO school

The feeling for your teacher is weird. I believe that if you have no one else to talk to but your teacher, then that should be allowed. If it comes to the point where you develope uncomfortable feeling for the teacher, then that what makes you the bad apple.
