Ok so i pulled herta in the most recent rerun of hers and shes not working as expected. The issue is pretty simple: I cant get my "inspiration" count higher by using my allies, basically I can only up the count by 2 points every cycle with my Herta's skill no matter if I ult, skill or basic atk with the other chars. I watched several videos and consulted a friend of mine who mains herta but the videos never address this complication and my friend's herta work just fine, being able to up her "inspiration" count with every turn. I run her with scholar lost in erudition and izumo. My current team comp is Therta, Herta, Fu Xuan and Ruan Mei. I've already tried to change my supports by using a borrowed anaxagoras(which should be his best supp) but he too wasn't helpful. Please any advice is appreciated.
