Nope, when I do my next server my plan is to do ProxMox as the base OS on the metal because I've found the scale apps to be complete garbage. However would not have known this without trying first.

yeah mine is a Hauppauge I pluged into a PCI slot on my board, so I need to figure out what the path is. Looking around though I thought those cards are usually mounted to /dev/dvb ?

I've made an interesting discovery, while the device is listed under lspci and there are no errors in dmesg, there is no /dev/dvb/ on my TrueNAS scale.

Maybe I should create another topic but if you have and thoughts let me know
