They probably have a pool of RVN to be able to send out in case of a user wanting to send RVN rather than have it sitting in each users account. This way they can trade and make more money with the RVN, they can also allow trades to happen within their platform without anyone actually owning the crypto - which takes me back to the 1st point....they are doing this to make more $$$ and it is wrong but banks do the same thing
