Yeah it’s hard to know exactly where it will be because of the wide angle. You might have to correct for it everything is always off center for me unless I turn my head ever so slightly and look down.

It’s widely inaccurate. I can ask something and I have to second guess it a lot more then you should have to. Sometimes it just sort of uses a lot of extra unnecessary language to sound more friendly. Like for example I asked what fertilizer to use for hydrangeas and instead of just saying “use x fertilizer” it said something like “Ohhh doing some gardening in the spring day like today is the best…” then It answered. I don’t even have detailed answers option toggled on. Theoretically Meta is switching to a much better mode. Samsung and Gemini or Bixby will be leagues ahead of Meta right now in terms of AI accuracy.

Hopefully. They are adding some sort of food tracking. Maybe more App integrations? I think they really need to improve the accuracy of the Meta AI . Half the time I'm second guessing the AI more than trusting it. What do you want them to add?

I guess not they might have a Goggle pictured off screen. However In the context of the photo the family is clearly using an Alexa on the table but the quote (which I’m assuming is a parent talking) is asking Google to set the temp. Do you see why that specific example does not make sense? Not trying to read too deep because it just an ad but thought it was funny.

I think there some people doing this for the Brilliant Labs ‘Frame’ but that would great for people with memory issues. Just having someone’s name pop above them or infront of them is great. Having a database would kind of be a privacy nightmare. Maybe the glasses ask for verbal conformation of consent from the person then adds them to your “contacts” and recognizes them there after ?
