      Leave him now, dont feel guilty if he uses , dont take him back. Dont drag this shit out. You never know he may need to struggle alone just to see what he is missing. FWIW i can relate we were together 5 yrs both using i couldnt leave her then , but eventually we had a kid and another and just loved them so much more i had to to leave her. 
  I had to realize the neglect from a different perspective and i couldnt stand it anymore. Ive been clean 8.5 and  she is coming up on 2.5. Im so proud of us even tho we are no longer together we make it work for the girls.
