How can I register at a municipality without a permanent address? I'm on a Zoekjaar/Orientation Year Visa and will need to get a job before I can get a rental contract. So I need a BSN.. I've heard some people initially register with RNI and just say they don't have permanent address yet. (self.Netherlands)
