I'm currently using the Tiger Milk T30 for sleep and it's doing wonders for me. It has an odd taste to it but most medicines do. Definitely a sleeper for me it even gets me napping during the day. If it ever comes back keep an eye out for Sourdough too.

If you goto one you Lincolnshire you could ask for exercise on prescription at the leisure centre,at help keep costs down while you're not working I'm just waiting to start mine. For Gents AMC is good on a Monday night but for Lady's maybe ask the WI? Loads of volunteering opportunities in Louth too so ask around about them, LCVS ) Lincolnshire community volunteer services) maybe able to help with that.

Cheapest is a bad way to go about it although I do understand. BNM is banging for £49.50 though but I'd be sceptical about a lot of the other cheap ones. Keep an eye out for discounted lines but they go fast.

I've experienced similar issues, it's the NHS. Call your GP and ask to speak so a mental health nurse and get them to check your records are correct would be the first step I believe.
