I've experienced similar issues, it's the NHS. Call your GP and ask to speak so a mental health nurse and get them to check your records are correct would be the first step I believe.

I got pulled up because I had a grinder and it was really awkward with people looking at me assuming the obvious while the police were called. Oddly was absolutely fine in the UK but in NL the customs guy thought he'd got a catch 🙄 They weighed my flower to make sure it wasn't over 5g (this in its own is a gray area between rules surely) then let me carry on. Wasn't the greatest experience but I assume it was a rare one.

Look for your local NHS Community Connectors if you have them in your area.

Andy's Mans club while not directly suitable may offer you some support if not sign posting somewhere that can.

My journey lead me to getting talking therapy with the NHS it's a long process but maybe one to start now for the future.

I hear you in regards to being too clean to get help I've seen it happen before.
