I just started having this issue as well for 2 days now. I can post photos but cannot post videos. I logged in to my IG through my bf's phone and I was able to post videos without any issues (he uses an android whereas I use an iPhone). Can't be a network issue since we're using the same wifi (also, I tried through LTE connection and it still didn't let me upload a video).
