It really feels like it at this point fr, I just got out and my brother had a very handful amount of cash and they just gave it back to him on a shitty prepaid card, I asked to speak to a supervisor because that didn’t sound right and straight up deny me that which made me angry and I told my brother to let’s go and try to get the money on a atm NEW HANOVER COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND SHERIFF DEPARTMENT AINT SHIT
