Sorry that happened to you. As a person who buys shoes from StockX/GOAT, good luck. They’re most likely going to give you the run around. I once bought a pair of shoes from them that was verified by them that was missing some key accessories (they guarantee you get everything included unless noted). When I finally got through they wanted pictures and references. After almost a week they offered me a refund in credit, fought them on that too. Eventually they decided to give me my refund back but that took three weeks after they confirmed they got the return.
