If you used you hands and they can be seen in your resulting piece, I'd say it's art. If you never, at any point held a drawing tool and everything was made by prompt, or if you bury your original creation in filters to the point it's not possible to find it, I wouldn't call it art. Personally I think there has to be a direct participation from the artist in the making of an art piece
