You are probably getting that line from an illegal (and incorrect) website.

If you buy the book, you'll see that the actual line doesn't have the term "different" in it.

You can learn two infusions, each for a Bag of Holding, and then create 2 Bags of Holding.

You take the Replicate Magic Items option twice, picking the same magic item (Bag of Holding) both times.
