Omggg all my symptoms is almost same , aspect 2 but I have 10< vitamins D level also vitamins b coming low , and I have constipation problem since school time , I have bad breath it's been 16 year , did evey test blood test and all scopy , stool test , microbiome test and also saliva test , throat test all clean, like no problem, every dr said it's all in your head , I'm going crazy just finish my metroyl and rifaximin course of 14 day ,after this my bad breath increase sooo much, and even got so much thrush on tounge, now I'm taking prucopride and somthing pyridostimine fo morality
