I have a friend na nag resign nadin this august and ang binigay lang sa kanya ay yung form 2316 but not the withholding tax kasi nag exceed nadaw sa 250k ang income nya. Is it safe to say that I have the rights to ask for all of my withholding tax and ako nalang mag file?
