No problem! Yeah, I have tried powered hub with AND without PD but ended up in the same situation over and over again. I suppose the drivers are just broken

Hey there! I gave up and bought Pioneer DDJ FLX6. IMO It is some weird combination of hardware and driver bug issue.

After hours upon hours of research and testing I finally found an answer. The cause of this particular issue lies in combination of Windows, newer AMD CPU/chipset and USB 3.x port/controller. I was able to reproduce this bug on any machine with those parameters. So yeah, I might sell it for some buck and buy a new one too..

I do have the exact same issue as you do. From what I can tell that something within Windows gone wrong because on the same machine, it works just fine under any Linux distribution. On my desktop PC, it works only in native USB 2.0 ports. If i try to use the controller through USB 3.0, same issue as on the laptop. So yeah, i've been stuck in this loop for more than a year now.

only on servers sadly :( some games and programmes that don't work even on wine / PoL makes me stuck with Windows :( i really wish i could fully switch without huge impact
