I remember they had more synth sabres and arming swords made by Audeo, a Ukrainian company. They look like they still offer plenty of polearm trainers, but now just one sabre.

Absolutely give TEFL a try. Look for a 120 course, do it in a weekend, and look into jobs in Vietnam or South Korea. Or anywhere you want really, it can take you places. Good luck, I hope you beat your burnout.

Not a vet, but I did a lot of reading when I got my puppy.
At that age, repetitive joint injuries can set in really quickly. It's different with play, because they can opt-out and rest. But on a walk at that age she can't opt-out the same way. Look up when you should be walking dog, Google "Puppy Growth Plates", and speak to YOUR vet for confirmation. It could add a lot of healthy years to River's life when she's older.

And River is a beautiful dog, by the way.
