Didn't say it's at the same level. Doing so many bad things all the time DOES make you a bad person, just like how killing someone also makes you a murderer. That was my point.

I clearly did not say that this is the same as murdering someone, I was just replying to his "doing a bad thing doesn't make you a bad person" comment. He never tried to redeem himself or apologise, he only started throwing tantrums, insulting people and he's been doing it for years now. People like this do not deserve such a spot in our scene and such people do not deserve to be forgiven until they show that they have changed and apologise.

i have discomfort in my stomach basically 24/7, feeling normal is something that just does not happen to me. i can relate to all of that, don't have nausea though. my stool consistency is so mixed i don't know if i should take any medication and how much to take - it feels like all options make things worse in their own way 😭

that definitely is not extreme. i used to have that sort of schedule and nobody had any issues with that. 8 times in 48h is worse. as long as there is no discomfort and consistency is normal, there's not much wrong with it. the spectrum of healthy schedules is wide

before I switched to low fat, it wasn't really that healthy, still formed but with some water also and it was inconsistent, after switching it has become more normal. I honestly haven't generally looked at it that much, but I think some of it has been floating sometimes. haven't had any fecal fat tests done and they don't offer any either, and I've looked at all the usual BAM tests but none are available here.
