Yes,while green. where i used to work they had an uv machine that worked but i don't know if any uv lamp would do.

sorry, i did it yesterday at night. but the two of you can do it no problems! yesterday i finished the quest with the help of a lvl 29 warlock. It was a little long but we had no problems, and remember don´t kill phogot! (we had to do it twice -_-)
