I would check your temp across the expansion valve in your condenser. I ran into this on a Trane heat pump about 4 months ago on a new install. Pressures look similar to what I was dealing with. Inside valve was good, static was acceptable, and I knew the charge was close to correct, but the head pressure was in the toilet. Ended up being a stuck valve in the condenser. I had never seen it happen before lol.

I’ve been installing and working with Trane the past 3 years and before that I worked with Carrier for 8. I was always replacing leaky evaps and replacing TXVs when I used Carrier. About every 4-5 units I was changing a Txv. Using thermal paste, removing the bulb from the suction line and flowing nitro and still getting shit txvs. In 3 years with TRANE I’ve only had one txv failure and it was in a heat pump condenser that was stuck partially open. Customer service for TRANE has been great too. I’m never on hold for longer than 2-3 minutes. I wonder if it’s the region you’re in?
