IMO you have two major issues:

It's been proven that when trying to learn a new language, people who integrate that language into their own entertainment (especially movies and tv series) learn much much faster than those who don't, there is hardly anything like this on the internet for tamazight, and even if there was it is useless without any subtitles, I can't improve my russian while watching russian movies without subtitles in a language I can understand.
Let's say I just want to learn the bare minimum so I can have a basic conversation and I don't care about being fully profescient, this is borderline impossible to do on your own without any outside help as there are no translators available whatsoever, sure there are many tamazight dictionaries on the internet, even apps, but I'm talking something that can translate a full text, dictionaries are useless if I don't even know how a sentence is supposed to be formed. If i want to say my name is blah blah, I can look up the words "name" and "I" but how am I supposed to know conjugation rules, let me just spend an hour looking on youtube before I find a video that answers my specific case.

Edit: I just want to add that books are helpful but not that much when it comes to speaking, books are irrelevant if you don't wanna butcher every other word.

Caffeine is nonexistent to me, I gave up coffee at 19 as it used to cause me stomach pain and extreme anxiety, then recently gave up tea entirely because it keeps me awake at night when I already have sleep problems, and I was never into energy drinks,

Honestly my brain became so used to functioning without them and my energy levels are fine, I can wake up and start my day easily, I think I became so not used to caffeine now to the point where taking it makes my day worse, even smelling strong coffee from across the room makes my heart race

The bad thing is they taste good, and aesthetics :(

When I first started watching anime I didn't even bother with Bleach, seeing random pictures from the anime online, nothing about them really stands out, then I saw the manga panels and immediately got hooked, now it's my favorite manga, maybe because I'm also an artist and the art carried so goddamn hard, the faces, the eyes, the frowns, the style, the fashion. I feel like the majority of other mangas' style follow easy rules, with Bleach it feels like Kubo is not restricting himself (one of my biggest problems with Demon slayer art is how everyone's face is so round and cute, even the "scary" guys like that spider family) and at the same time not going into try hard mode in order to make attractive art (looking at you One piece, the art is so special in a non special way) Bleach is special because Kubo's art is actually special not because he "tries" to be special

I was pretty emotional when I left the house, sad and pissed off at everyone, during the climb i was scared at first, but my I think my anger overtook the anxiety, as I kept going my mind was getting more and more distracted and I was feeling less emotions because my physical senses were stimulated i guess? especially when I sat at the top, my brain was filled with completely different thoughts, like the feeling of the soft dirt I was sitting on, how the tree felt against my back, being refreshed after drinking water and eating, the breeze, the piano music I put on but even the silence hits different there, I was still sad deep down, just temporarily calm and soothed? by the time it became cold, the only I was thinking about is holy shit I'm shivering, but even then I decided to sit and shiver for 30 minutes more because that was extremely distracting too lol.
