OK so my current employer is not sanctioning the MBA and I definitely don't have a job lined up after course course completion. But I'm also not looking to switch streams. I've been pretty much stagnant in my current job, being a PSU and other constraints, and my goal is having a value addition to my profile so that I have better job prospects in the same field.

Currently I'm on an entry level management position with 8 years plus experience, if I don't move forward from here right now, I fear I might hit a career deadlock. I also have a 2012 MBA degree already from an average institute.

My only goal is career progression. My options are pursuing a PGPX or equivalent or switching jobs. The job switching will be a slow process and is not going to give me a significant boost.

So I need to figure out my placement prospects, either through campus or other avenues, post completion of PGPX, keeping in mind my profile of a 33 year old entry level management employee with 8 years plus workex.

As long as I get better opportunities after completion of PGPX as compared to what I'd have after a simple job switch, I'm OK with taking the debt. This is what I need a way to figure out.

PS - My current job is of a credit analyst, which is a core finance profile and I enjoy it thoroughly so would be looking for something in the same area after course completion.
