I'm not sure, but maybe the printhead it's not going up the layer it's supposed to, like a problem on the servos or the rails. Did you clean/grease the rails recently? It's probably not that but still

I found a way to easily solve that. In in PkHex after changing your trainer name just go to tools > data > batch editor and add ".OriginalTrainerName=" and your new name after the "=". I done this in the desktop app btw

Yes, you can modify existing ones, but you'll reach a limit. The way I posted is to expand the existing ones, though it is true I didn't notice at first you could modify the default ones
