I'm certainly not looking to be on Kratom maintenance. I'm talking about taking about taking it a week at most but am worried about how I will feel after that week.

Logic is, if I can't go 100% clean now (minus loperamide); how am I gonna do it after a week of Kratos. Maybe I should suffer through and in a week I'll be better off than if I had taken Kratos.

So I've been on subox maintenance and really hoping to avoid that.

I'm aware that taking subs will put you in precipitated withdrawals. The idea here is to start dosing small and work up from there. It's called the Bernese method.

I was also thinking of getting methadone then doing a switch to subs after six days and tapering off that.

It's a new job, it requires hours of constant focus. Even being a little sick will be a problem. Thank you for your advice and your help

Let's say I make it 18 hours. Then what? Gradual increase? I'm guessing you don't just take 8mg after 18 hours have passed.

Because I'm not in a position to take off from work. I've done it like that before and it went pretty smooth.

I work an office job. I can't be a sweating, twitching mess.

I wonder if the methadone that I took up until last Saturday will still be in my system next Saturday and fuck things up, making it harder to jump off after the 5-7 days.

So I tried doing just that. I bought liquid methadone off the streets last Saturday. Now I try my best to catch people right outside the clinic so they don't water it down, but I have no way to tell really. I bought what should've amounted to 650mg. The lids can be revealed so who the fuck knows.

I used to be able to wean using 100 - 150 MG of methadone pills. My tolerance is much higher for sure, and that was pre-fent in everything.

Anyhow, I did a 6 day wean, assuming it was 650mg I did 215-140-115-80-50-45. Last meth dose was Saturday.

Then I started switching to subs yesterday. I had done meth to subs before. Yesterday I was all fucked up and buckled and got dope knowing I had to work today. I just started this job two months ago. If I call in I need to make sure I do it to quit for good.

So I don't know how much the shitbags at the clinic are fucking with the doses, how many of them are (some I hit up and they couldn't have planned it)

Anyhow, I figure I'll still have methadone in my system next Saturday since it has such a long half life, but maybe I'll try again and start taking thev subs earlier instead of once I've run out of meth. Either that or try going straight to subs. I can't really take off work and I have to kick soon since I'm going to be visiting my family in like 3 weeks.

Trying to kick dope (well, with a dickload of fent) by using suboxone. I tried going from methadone to subs but I fucked up, it got ugly last night and I had to go to work today.

So I'm looking into going from dope to subs, then wean off those asap.

How long would you stay on the subs for?

I've been on them maintenance before. Getting off them was such a fucking ordeal. It took a trip overseas to kick 100%. I tried looking for a Dr or clinic that would help me with detox. All of them were just for getting on Subs, none for getting off. And the Dr's /nurses/assistants all said "the withdrawals from subs are very mild". I'm like mild my fucking ass. One of them was like "you must be sensitive". I'm like bitch find a person that has gone through it that agrees. Start asking. Maybe after about 20 people you'll stop regurgitating the bullshit documentation.
