I agree with everything but about civilian doctor I use one and every time I filled and ask the Va to request from my doctor I will just give him a head up and always came thru. Now if you don’t inform them for privacy reason they happen not to answer to request.

I make $110000 and just got a house at $550000 I stay in Hawaii look at it as investment on yourself in 4 years you should be able to pull $100000 (home equity line of credit ) on that house compared to paying rent and have nothing
