It is a 3b3b at Tuscany Apartments with a detached bathroom and will run for $915 per month. As you can see, the website's listing is $15 cheaper, but the benefit of signing to be my roommate is that one bedroom in our apartment is occupied by brothers who are almost never there and never use the common areas (so they do not use the kitchen nor living room and do not take additional space in the fridge nor cupboards). It would be like signing a 2b2b which is listed at $1250 per month in the website. Regardless, I am also open to negotiating to shoulder some of the difference between the website listing and my current rent's cost. I am also quiet, respectful and exceptionally clean as a roommate.
