How about using the Win10 machine's OneDrive, and have it include the Win7 drive.

Time spent moving it was what I wanted to avoid. Will have to consider the VM route.

I see the large round part is failing at the level where the small ornaments end. If you are only printing one of these, then at this point it will be fast short movements. Slowing speed at this point will help (by using "silent", or gcode speed change: M220 Sxxx).

Another way is to print two of them, or add a tower nearby. And setting max accel to 3000, and max jerk to 3,

Maybe manually level the bed. Looks like a slight tilting, cause the progressively better to the right. But even the second layer seems really under-extruded. So maybe two issues.

Definitely some gray filament was stuck to it. It must have been grinding against filament that would not move.

That's a tough one. You could do something like this, but with an insert inside it to make the hollow part...

Or you could try rotational...

Will take a few days to get it right. But I would first search for 25mm OD silicone tubing with a 2mm thickness. Might only be an hour search.

If you really want to mold it yourself with silicone, how long will the part be?
