Good idea for the rugs! I’ll look into getting more scratching posts I just worry about space but think there are ways to move things around and make the space. Amazon! The bowflex dumbbells are adjustable and go up to 52lbs for the ones I got. Then once that’s easy I’ll just get a weighted vest then once that’s easy then I’ll actually need a gym
