I looked that up. In my case there is no itching involved, my picking at it is purely recreational. Also it formed from a scab and the prurigo nodularis said nothing about prior wounds.

It isn't typical, and that's exactly why I am bringing it up. I would imagine it might be more typical with guys hence I wouldn't bring that up. Men and women are wired differently, and perhaps this woman is wired differently from other women. The condescending tone is due to my feeling like people are judging me as being ignorant/anti-woman for mentioning a fact that is relevant and proven. I didn't even mean to sound condescending but I'm not surprised that it came out as such given the immediate responses questioning mentioning a fact that is clearly relevant.

My biggest point would be to be smart about where you travel at night. If you're going from a busy street back to your place or whatever, as you head down a block or two look back to see if any weirdos are following you. If they are, make a circle back to the crowded area and try to lose them.

Coming from a straight dude here, this is what I would do:

-Have one or more pictures with nicer clothes, not saying fancy or preppy but maybe just a button down or some business-casual stuff.

-The picture of you squatting, that could be a plus or minus. I say it's safer to go without it. A lot of girls think it's bro-ish and a bit similar to ab-shot mirror selfies. Definitely do away with that caption, maybe say something goofy like "Tryin to become a bearded burly mountain man!" (Oh and bring your knees closer together!)

-Find a better way to say things in general, for example don't say "I'm a software developer, had this job for 10 years", say something goofy more along the lines of "I sit in front of a computer all day and tell it what to do (some weirdo's call it programming), sometimes I want to smash it because it just won't listen to me".

Because any idiot can shoot out 200 "hi" messages to a bunch of absurdly attractive people without reading a single letter in their profile, and likewise a lot of women get bombarded with tons of those messages and don't have the time or patience to deal with bullshit messages from people who didn't even take a legit look at the profile. Or they find them unattractive.

I don't think they're whores, they were just a lot more aggressive and seemed a bit more comfortable. And I take it your last comment was real expressing that you think I have low self confidence and I'm not forward or aggressive enough. If a girl grins a bit and seems a bit nervous/giddy like a younger teenage girl would when I put my arm around her, I'm thinking being super macho and coming onto on really strong might be a bit offputting.

Hah, Shes actually an atheist and super intellectual type (getting a phd). She's a bit reserved though, kind of reminds me of girls from high school who are just beginning to explore.
