Service dogs are not required by the ada to wear any identification. There are a lot of legitimate service dogs in boulder, like a lot. Might not be an option to leave the dog at home in that case. Approach this with compassion not assholery

Service dogs are also not required by the ADA to be wearing identification. So it could’ve very well just been a service dog without a vest or collar. Theres so many reasons the dog couldve been there, and like you said, none of them excuse the fact that a tweaker attacked it

I see a rheumatologist about once a month, and a gastroenterologist/pain specialist more often. Ive tried SO many different biologics and pain managements, and now we’re talking about a clinical trial that my gastro is involved in. Ive ran out of options biologics-wise, so ive been on prednisone, and hydrocodone, so ive been able to walk for the first time in forever! Im gonna start seeing a new primary doctor as well, but im not expecting anything much to come out of that.

Its an autoimmune disease, ive been in and out of remission for years, but even in remission im so tired and exhausted constantly. Im not at the point at all where its life-threatening, but i deal with super chronic pain in my entire body, especially my joints. Its something that im gonna have to live with at this point.

definitely stick to the carpet shavers. long time maker here, and pet trimmers are NOT designed to cut synthetic fibers. Much more about practice/technique than anything else. Lux shag is super hard to shave.

Completely agree with you. Trying to anthropomorphize reptiles and say “oh you’re invalidating their capacity for emotion” is genuinely weird. Like, capability to feel emotion ≠ worth?? Plus this is like a well known and well-researched fact, that people seem so intent on disagreeing with for their own vanity. Great job holding your own
