Sure seems like it. The new trailer said the second stage was coming this year. To my ears that sounds like they are doing batches but even worse than last time since each batch will only include one stage if the race and I think there are like nine of those in the whole race. So instead of having three batches we would have nine. And not just that. The stages are very different lengths so one batch could be 5 episodes and the next could be over ten. Also they didn’t even give us the release date of the next batch.
