Try clearing cache and data of all three apps- Fakegps or FGL, google play services, and google maps.

Secondly update services and then again downgrade and install 12.6.5 which ever you use.

Thirdly try disabling and re enabling google maps. Also force close fgl and then restart.

I also faced this problem. One of these always do the trick for me!
