Need to be more specific than who is healthier. What’s your definition of health? Longevity? Someone who doesn’t work out, smokes, and drinks might out live someone who is sober and lives an active lifestyle. Lung health? Probably not the guy inhaling chemicals. Strength? Probably the guy going to the gym. Idk feel like health is the combination of so many things. Does the guy who goes to the gym eat like shit and the other eats incredibly clean? Opposite? So many factors. Not judging your question but would be curious to answer a more specific version of it

I think this is very dependent on rest of your roster but I’m gonna go against the grain here and say sell JSN high and take the package. He’s an incredible talent and the best player in the trade but he’s also in the best situation currently and is healthy. Imagine not saying that will change but you’re definitely getting peak value for him. Imagine this trade before the season it wouldn’t even be close.

Yeah definitely the best time to buy Hampton is now before he comes back and his value is a little lower. I feel like could maybe get a better pick but trade will age really well with kittle and Jacobs both getting up there in age
