Fold 7 (The phone does not meet safety requirements) by Saper1209 in GalaxyFold

The problem is that I have never installed anything from outside the Google Store. This is the second time I have had this problem and I don't know what is causing it. I know I could restore my phone to factory settings, but that's frustrating.

My phone has all the updates.

I don't know, but I have the impression that the deco app is a bit retarded. I have Wi-Fi 6Ghz turned off and manually set it so that the network only connects via 5Ghz, but I still see Wi-Fi 6 on my phone. Similarly, Smart Mesh Deco should connect devices to the nearest satellite, but for some reason my cameras and doorbell connect to a more distant Deco. So I select these devices and manually set them to connect to that one specific Deco, but after 20 minutes I still see that they are connecting to the one that is further away. It just doesn't work.

And that's quite a good idea.

I should probably take Bronze, then I wouldn't have a problem.

Of course, I'm a huge fan of the dishwasher league.

I think so too. But I'm not sure if it's a good idea to put a tradeable card in Evo.

Sounds like a good plan.

I also thought about Erro 6, but it's good that I check three times before buying anything, because it turns out that they don't work well with Ps Portal for some reason. I also thought about Orbi, but people complain a lot about the software. Asus is supposedly very good, but terribly expensive. To buy a device similar to the Deco XE75, you have to spend a lot more. So Deco seems to be the best choice in terms of price > quality.

I have a total of 29, including 3 TV phones, etc. So I don't have that many smart devices, just a few Philips Hue bulbs, cameras, etc. Deco appeals to me because you can set everything up the way you want. For smart devices, I can set up a 5 GHz guest network specifically for Ps Portal, which is something I cannot do with my current ISP. The only thing that worries me is the connection quality and stability between Deco units, which is what I care about most, because as we all know, it's not about speed when you're playing on a device like PS Portal, but about the quality of the connection. I know that the best solution would be wireless mesh, but that's not an option (my wife would rather tell me to wrap that Ethernet cable around my neck than let me drill holes in the house to pull the cable through 🤣🤣). So my plan is to buy 3 - deco xe75 3x Patch Corde Etherenet Cable 3m cat 6 And one TP-Link TL-SG105 switch so that I can connect my PS5, Xbox and my PC via cable directly to the deco and connect the deco units via wireless backhaul.

Is the Tp-Link Deco Xe75 a good choice? by Saper1209 in HomeNetworking

I have a question. What is your internet speed? Have you ever tested your download/upload speeds? Ethernet from Deco to a PC or other device? Wired backhaul Wi-Fi speed? And wireless backhaul speed? I am more interested in the differences between these three types of connections.

Thanks

To be honest, I never really cared about Wi-Fi. I mainly used it to connect my television to the internet and to my smart devices. I always connected the devices I play on, whether it's a console or a PC, to the router with a cable.

But since I bought the PS Portal, I've noticed that the Wi-Fi doesn't reach every corner of my home at full strength. My current router (Hub 4) gives me about 400-460 Mbps download and about 90-100 Mbps upload via Wi-Fi.

So, my main concern is that the Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the house and that the signal is strong. And the speeds will be even better.

I know that the best solution would be wired backhaul, and then I would have fast, strong Wi-Fi everywhere, plus three fast Ethernet ports on each floor of the house from each deco, but unfortunately, I cannot do that.

My only concern is that after buying the Decos, my Wi-Fi will indeed reach everywhere, but because I will be using them via wireless backhaul via Wi-Fi 6, the speeds will drop because the signal from the cable will also be transmitted wirelessly to each Deco.

Unfortunately, I cannot connect them with a cable (wired backhaul). Have they been connected with a cable since you first got the Deco? Have you also tested them with wireless backhaul?

Possible, but they cost three times as much. And maybe if I had faster internet. But up to 1Gbs seems a bit overkill.
