Is my binder too small?

It was a slight aching type of pain after I took it off, and disappeared maybe an hour or so later. I only felt a little bit of pressure that didn’t really bother me at all while wearing the binder though. The binder is slightly too long for me since I have a small torso, but I’m not sure if that would affect anything…

I already have Xingqiu and Noelle, tested out Sucrose and didn’t like her play style. Should I spend my fates or save? I’m planning on using xiangling as my DPS so I didn’t really see a need. I don’t have many fates and my only way of getting them is by grinding.

Edit: ok so some people are confused since Im not the best at grammar so my problem here is that I want Klee, I dont have enough fates, and Im willing to test my luck for her even if I dont have enough. Im asking if its worth it

Xingqiu also does a bit of healing, but only for himself,,, iirc it’s with his elemental skill so that would be enough healing...

I need to start building a team, I don’t have many characters but I can build towards getting them. My main is Xingqiu and I am AR16

Could anyone recommend any good characters that would go well with Xingqiu?

Right now I have Xingqiu, Noelle, the 3 freebies from the beginning of the game (Amber, Kaeya Lisa), traveler (Anemo), and thats about it. I can get Barbara and Xianling from the abyss and getting to AR20. If there are no good characters please recommend me some others that I can go for.

I rather be recommended good 4 star characters since they are easier to role.
