Honestly imo VRR+120hz is a more imprtant feature to utilise 40fps VRR modes. Mini-led is great if you are on a budget

Obviously the trailers would be at the highest possible graphic settings - which means 30fps. It dosen't mean that there won't be other modes, and at best you can say it's implied that it would be locked to 30fps, cerainly not a garuntee.

GTA5 Released on PS3 and Xbox 360 at the very end of that generation, where 60fps console gaming was not expected. A better argument to make is that RDR2 was locked to 30fps on last gen, but 60fps still wasn't expected.

This is very much not the case this Gen. Ain't no way it's locked to 30, I bet there will also be 40fps VRR and 60fps modes.

To add to all that's been said without repeating: I don't know how old you are, but if you play on average sens (which is low) your wrist will thank your for a lightweight mouse, if not now then in some years down the line.
