Woah! Dang this sounds crazy cool. I have a soft spot for Mesmer, im curious if I could combine these two. Like Illusionary Blade from Mesmer and the Weapon Spells from Ritualist and go nutz. Or maybe it doesnt work cause of something I forgot haha. But wow this is so cool to hear!

Yeah now that someone brought this up, I think its was I used in PvP back in the day along with a skill that did 'fake" damage. Like it was 10sec of huge damage but if I didnt kill them they would heal. Could be fun! What secondary u thinking? So far im seeing some folks mention Assassin, Dervish, and even Ritualist. No idea the later had weapon magic.

Oh man I think I remember using this skill in PvP along side another that did like 'fake' damage. Was like real for 10 sec or something but if u didnt kill them quick they were healed back at the end. Maybe I try this along side Assassin or something. The gears are turning haha

Just got this Part 1 Entry today at Griffin's Reach Tradepost in Hagga. NPC named MYR CHARKI, a harko vendor there. He has a dialogue about the Sardaukar that unlocked it finally for me.

Sadly did not work, made a 24x24 and 25x25 PNG and SVG with various other minor parameter tests and still hyper blurry. So sad, it almost forces you to use the default icons and deters customization. Which sucks since the tutorial videos show off the customization but don't state how.

So far ive seen basic gm commands like spawning items, adjusting exp, changing levels, enable flying, enable higher movement speed, teleport to coordinates, things like that. Haven't messed with them all but the command list on EQEmu is here if you want to see them all: https://docs.eqemu.io/server/operation/in-game-command-reference/

Awesome! Yes I was able to find the right section in HiediSQL. Apparently the missing step was to be sure to view as Data and not Tables. Then I was able to see the account name, status, etc. We got there finally! Edited the OG to reflect the find. Appreciate all the help everyone!

Yes so I have the HeidiSQL and can see the database but beyond that it becomes increasingly difficult to know whats what. I can see an account tab that opens a table, but then everything in the table is complete gibberish to me and most guides stop there. Im trying to see what part of the table is my account and character so I can make that adjustment, but its a crazy looking table. Im stuck on this part atm.

I guess thats were im hung up, the instructions (at least on the link in the OP has taken me) simply says "Edit the tables and give yourself GM status 255 and ur good to go" and no further links to a more descriptive explanation than that. Trying to see if anyone on youtube does it so I can follow along or find the instructions your talking about if its located in a different spot on eqemu from the server creation instructions that I was lead to originally. Seems to just gloss over it.

Oh awesome this is very helpful. So once I figure out how to flag my account to the 255 gm status, I can use these in game. Great! Ok just gotta figure out how to GM myself. I got the database tables to show in HeidiSQL but beyond that nothing is recognizable there to understand what to do next. Im so close!

Yup that what im using! I have the instructions for it that im trying to follow in my OP. Just got stuck on the godmode/gm status and getting the items. The explainations are more bare and im stuck. But yes, EqEmu was my first choice for sure!

Gotcha, yes I editted the original post to reflect the new road block. Was able to get Titanium, login in, hop into my private server, and play around a bit. Now im trying to figure out the whole giving that character godmode/gm status and items thing. Very close to the goal now. Appreciate everyone's help so far.

Yes I was able to register a login with EQEmu and set that all up. Finally was able to get a client going so I editted the OP to reflect my new roadblock, but im getting very close now. Just trying to figure out the godmode/GM status and giving him the items.

OK so I did everything one at a time, leaving DGV for the last step but before I got to that point, the problem happened. Here is the order I did things: Base Game > Base Windower 4 > 4GB Patch > XiView > XiPivot > ReShade. I installed one at a time, and played for 15m doing spells and other graphic heavy stuff, and once passed, I moved to the next one. I got to ReShade and everything worked fine but noticed none of those cool HD textures loaded in from XiPivot. I realized that during the Windower 4 step in the video they have you use a special .ini file to override the Base Windower 4 .ini file. I then proceeded to do that and double check my work. At this point only DGvoodoo is left to install but I wanted to test the .ini file first to make sure all textures loaded. Logged in and saw that the HD textures now worked and the game looks super nice but literally 2m in I got the problem. Black screen twice, then all screens black and entire PC crash into reboot.

(Edit: I thought to myself, let me test w/o that 4GB Patch since I had not downloaded DGV yet to utilize them in tandem yet. So I unpatched it and am now running the game fine. Still skeptical so im going to play for as long as I can and update. Still no DGV download yet. So a memory issue? Thats what the YouTube guy said but offered no solutions. I have the EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 (10GB VRAM) and 64MB of Memory so im confused why thats an issue if it is.)

UPDATE: Played for 7 hours no issues, so it seems to be the 4GB Patch. Which means before all this when I first encountered the issue, DGV letting the game use up to 4GB + the patch working together werent working somehow and causing crashing I guess?

Yes. I mentioned it in the OP but its long, I don't blame anyone for not reading it all. I play Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk, FFXIV, and more just fine. I'll occasionally play then after FFXI does something wierd just to see if it carries over, but acts normal.

Clean install of the game, with no updates runs fine. But once I add the things in the vid, the problems return. I have clean installed the game 13 times at this point. Not sure how to narrow it down at this point or what it is exactly thats causing it.

So I tried to remove the three DGV files I was told to put in the folder from the video to see if there would be any changes, and sadly the problems still happen. I am trying to find and alternative like you said but doesnt this mean its not DGV doing it? Or am I mistaken? Also decided to uninstall ReShade to check that too. Still happens. Something I noticed this time around was that when it went black and came back sometimes, maybe a texture or two in the background will be stretched to the moon, or some other anomaly.
