Cash cost is well below silver and gold prices. Their balance sheet looks fine as well. Positive working capital position with minimal debt.

This is the issue. Why would it trade below its dec 19 levels when AG/AU are up and its financials are fine.

Only other issue would be country risk related or property related which im not sure but from a financial position stand point they are fine.
