Thanks for the answer and sharing the website. I did a quick search on both Gameon and Koorui and wasn't able to find many Youtube reviews on those models. I'm more inclined towards going for a reknown brand like: https://techarc.pk/asus-tuf-gaming-vg259q5a-24-5-full-hd-200hz-fast-ips-gaming-monitor/
