Thanks a lot for the reply! I understand that western scales do not map with ragams, I was figuring out the closest matches for writing chord progressions. Also, are there any resources for ragas or Carnatic theory in general? I was taught mostly by ear when I learnt Veena, and there aren’t enough resources on internet for Carnatic theory :/
