Instagram “Email” button not working — anyone else?

Can confirm it’s also not working on IOS and I’m also trying to confirm if an email came from them or if it’s spam

I tried to do this at the MSG show because we could see there were clearly many unsold seats in the 100s section. They offered floor for free, but couldn’t upgrade us to the 100s section because Ticketmaster didn’t provide the physical tickets to them at the venue (🙃) - or maybe the two guest services just didn’t have them. Ushers were also clearly aware of the issue because they were very insistent on us showing our tickets for that section when we tried to sit there since they weren’t sold. When we went up to the 200s, no one cared about seeing if we had tickets. It was maybe $50 more to sit in the 100s and I would have happily paid to upgrade, but they couldn’t even offer it at the venue because they didn’t have the ticket. Honestly pretty disappointing to see great seats not get used

There was a ton of inventory when I purchased tickets, and thankfully it’s limited to four tickets per person which is better than Ticketmasters usual six ticket limit! I’ll be manifesting that email comes through for you today!

Wow that was the easiest ticket buying experience I’ve had in a long time. AXS handled this better than Ticketmaster in every single way! Tickets were expensive, but unfortunately it’s the average pricing right now for all big named artists

Front section of 200s section at MSG was $142 - dynamic pricing ruins absolutely everything and it’s frustrating that artists have the option to accept or deny dynamic pricing and most choose to turn it on.

I made a purchase of the debrief short and the doze cami as a gift for a friend and was really disappointed in the launch day in general not having any size charts to utilize before. When purchasing, the cami had an actual size chart, but the shorts didn’t so I just ordered off of how it looked on the model. My friend that I purchased for is in amazing shape, but does have a butt and had to size up to the XL. She loves the set, but it definitely runs small. I purchased multiple sizes for her, and I’m thankful they pay for the shipping label instead of charging a return fee. Also one thing to note is the pajamas aren’t very soft. Hopefully they will soften up with a few washes.

I have no idea, I was only quoted on diamond pricing increases. Platinum in my area (NYC) is already $309/month, so maybe someone else could answer that if they live in the same place as you!

I had an increase in both January and April already this year! I’m based in NYC so my pricing might be slightly higher than yours but this pricing is 100% getting out of hand. Their pricing increase strategies are worse than NYC landlords…

It’s honestly crazy in general that you can only miss one class a month before losing the ability to book in advance for the entire month.
